Living In Fear
Fear doesn’t always show up as panic, it often shows up as avoidance.
In this message, Living in Fear, we examine Jonah’s response to God’s call and uncover how fear becomes a way of life when we choose comfort over calling, control over trust, and escape over faith.
Through Jonah’s journey, we identify three destructive forms of fear:
Needy Fear – settling for what’s comfortable instead of what’s God-ordained
Surviving Fear – working harder for our own will instead of trusting God’s
Saving Fear – fighting to keep what God is asking us to release
This message reminds us that exposure does not equal access and that fear often leads us to row in directions God never intended. God has not given us a spirit of fear—but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Take a moment to reflect, listen, and allow God to lead you from fear to faith.
